The Story of Terri

person writing on white paper

Terri captivated me, sitting in the corner of the room, drawing in her notebook. She seemed to be very comfortable in the space. I asked her about her connection to Bright Bridge, and she responded by telling me that she had dance lessons at the church when she was six years old. Now 47, Terri is in the same spot serving a much different purpose. Terri has gone through a lot, but she wanted to talk to me about her interests. She loves art in all forms. She is constantly drawing in her notebook, but in her other moments, she produces music. When I asked her for advice, she told me, “It’s better to seek happiness than have something bad happen to you.”
